CHRIS BROWN & RIHANNA: Back Together(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
Chris Brown and Rihanna spent the weekend at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' Miami mansion in an attempt to salvage their relationship. A source tells People that the couple are "definitely together," and "care a great deal about each other."
Rihanna's father Ronald Fenty tells PerezHilton-dot-com, "I love my daughter with whatever road she takes. I'm behind her win or lose. I will be supportive. If that's the road she wants to choose, I'm behind her. I hope to see her soon. I talked to her after her birthday, and she told me she's okay."
Initial reports from sources close to the couple suggested that Brown and Rihanna planned to spend the weekend together behind closed. But on Saturday night, Brown made a very public appearance at South Beach's Gansevoort South Hotel, where he partied with the likes of Young Jeezy, Plies, Reggie Bush and Khloe Kardashian. According to a source, "Chris Brown was hanging with the group after stepping out of a car with cutie Khloe Kardashian. He seemed like he was in good spirits and had a fun time on a beautiful and balmy night." According to the source, Rihanna did not accompany Brown to the Gansevoort.
Kardashian, however, denies that she was partying with Brown. She writes on KhloeKardashian-dot-celebuzz-dot-com, "I woke up this morning to a ridiculous amount of missed calls and news everywhere that I had been spotted out and about in Miami with Chris Brown. The funny part about this alleged 'news' is that I've never even met Chris Brown! It's so silly how rumors get started. Just wanted to clear that up."
Brown was also spotted jet skiing several times over the weekend.
According to T-M-Z-dot-com, Rihanna is being "shadowed" by one of Jay-Z's bodyguards while she and Brown stay at Diddy's estate. --Chris Morrow

50 CENT: Rihanna Beating Was Extra(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
50 Cent says that while he understands fights between couples sometimes get physical, he feels that Rihanna's alleged beating at the hands of Chris Brown passed a line. He tells A-B-C News, "It's past what would happen in a traditional dysfunctional relationship, just a little more. She was beaten past someone hitting a person out of anger that they couldn't control at the moment. It's like a man fighting another man versus a man fighting another woman. It was shocking. It was more than I could do." --Chris Morrow
KANYE WEST: Give Brown, Phelps a Break(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
Although his comments ended up on the cutting room floor, Kanye West showed his support for embattled singer Chris Brown and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps during the taping of his V-H-1 Storytellers special, which debuted over the weekend.
According to M-T-V, West at one point told the audience, "Can't we give Chris a break? ... I know I make mistakes in life. Michael Jackson, amazing. Michael Phelps, amazing ... He's a real [freakin'] person; he makes mistakes."
Although V-H-1 edited the comments out of the final version of the show, producer Bill Flanagan says the network was not trying to censor West. "A lot of the stories that Kanye told went long. I [just] tried to get to the essence of his comments." --Chris Morrow
BEYONCE: A Complete Mess(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
Beyonce says the one thing she does that peeves hubby Jay-Z is that she's a bit cluttered. She tells Ebony magazine, "I'm a little messy... Whenever I'm out in public, I have to be put together. When I get home, I rebel against it and I don't want to take care of anything. I drop it. I'm relaxed... I think that is most difficult thing for him. He's very, very organized. I'm extremely organized when I'm working, and I work so much that when I get home I don't want to think about anything."
For those of you feeling a little bit of Beyonce overload, you're not likely to get a reprieve -- ever. She says, "I will never retire. I love it way too much. I've worked so hard on my craft and I will never stop." The April issue of Ebony -- with Beyonce on the cover -- hits stands March 10th. -- Jamila Daniel
NE-YO: Future Sex Columnist?(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
Ne-Yo offers tips for dealing with the fairer sex on his website, YearoftheGentleman-dot-com. He says, "A woman wants to know she is appreciated, that what she does for you is appreciated. I don't mean washing your clothes or cooking your meals. I mean the fact that she went and got her hair done, so you can look at her and say, 'Ooh, damn!' The fact that she squeezed herself into that outfit that is probably very uncomfortable so you can say, 'Damn, she looks good in that!'"
Ne-Yo also advises keeping it fresh in the bedroom, suggesting, "Don't be lazy -- try a position that ain't exactly your favorite, but you know she loves." -- Jamila Daniel

RUSSEL SIMMONS: Happy to Pay 40k a Month in Child Support(Posted 3:00 AM, 3/2/2009)
A Los Angeles judge has finalized the divorce agreement between Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons, in which the hip-hop mogul must pay his ex-wife 40-thousand dollars a month in child support. Under the agreement, Simmons must make the payments until daughters Ming and Aoki each turn 19 and a half years old, as well as provide a new car for their transportation, worth at least 60-thousand dollars, every three years. Kimora will have sole custody of the girls, while Russell will have limited visitation rights as long as he is accompanied by a nanny and bodyguard.
While many observers seem to feel that Kimora is getting too much under the deal, Russell stresses that he's fine with the arrangement. He writes on GlobalGrind-dot-com, "[After] reading these stories about how a judge ordered me to pay Kimora 40-thousand dollars a month in child support and I want to make something very clear. Nothing was ordered, it was given. My kids have a fabulous life -- they are exposed to a broad range of artistic and scholastic educational programs and I'm very happy to contribute to that. As long as I have it, they can have it. If I ever don't have it, I'm coming to live with them!" --Chris Morrow
