RIHANNA: Pregnant?(Posted 5:30 AM, 2/26/2009)
Rihanna may be pregnant -- and may have already been pregnant when Chris Brown allegedly attacked her. Star magazine reports that days before their fight, Rihanna had told several friends that she was pregnant with Brown's baby. A friend says Rihanna was hesitant to tell Brown because "she was scared he would react badly." Star also claims that Rihanna still had not told Brown of her pregnancy when they got into that fight the night before the Grammys.
However, the National Enquirer is reporting that Rihanna had told Brown of her pregnancy and that it may have touched off their fight. According to the Enquirer, Rihanna has told friends that when Brown was attacking her, "all I could think was, 'Oh, my God, I could lose the baby!'"
Surprisingly, no public statement has come from Rihanna's camp. --Chris Morrow
CHRIS BROWN: Anger Management Classes?(Posted 3:00 AM, 2/26/2009)
Chris Brown is allegedly set to attend anger-management classes. An insider tells the New York Daily News, "Chris doesn't actually have to go by law, but he believes it will make him look better to the public, and he wants to try to get in a few classes before [his court date on] March 5th." The source adds that people close to the former couple think Rihanna could also use some help. "Rihanna is temperamental, too. They're both too hot-headed for their own good."
50 Cent says he won't be poking any more fun at Rihanna or Brown after lampooning the situation in his cartoon Officer Ricky. Fif' tells M-T-V, "After I saw the photograph, that wasn't funny anymore... It shifts the whole thing... Not to take any shots at Chris or Rihanna or take sides in any way, [but] it's really not cool. It's not funny anymore, so there will definitely be no more reference to that from me in any way."
At least one gambling site is taking bets on whether Brown will go to jail for the alleged assult. According to Bookmaker-dot-com, gamblers will get back a dollar and 12 cents for every dollar bet if Brown is sent to jail. If you put down a dollar on Brown not getting any jail time and he doesn't, you'll win two-35. --Chris Morrow
