Octo-Babies Update

The Octo-Mom's babies are doing fine.

Nadya Suleman's eight newborns, who turned one month old yesterday (Thursday), are all healthy and have no physical complications. A doctor at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center in California says, "The babies continue making small, incremental progress each day."

The infants are still in the hospital's neo-natal unit, but are off respirators, breathing room air and drinking donated breast milk.

In her interview with Doctor Phil, Suleman said the healthiest of her babies would be coming home "in a few weeks."

But Octo-Grandma says she's okay if none of the babies come home. Angela Suleman tells The Insider that she's not against her daughter putting the babies up for adoption if she can't afford them. "It's very hard to say because they are my grandchildren. However, if I could know the future...if I could see that she would not be able to take of them financially...I would opt for this."

Rihanna Not Helping the Investigation?

Is Rihanna refusing to cooperate with the investigation into her alleged beating at the hands of Chris Brown?

There have been reports that the case against Chris is in jeopardy and that Rihanna, who recently resurfaced at a Mexican resort, has backed out of helping the L-A-P-D.

A spokesman for the L-A District Attorney concedes that Brown's March 5th hearing "may not happen" unless prosecutors can gather more evidence against him.

Spokeswoman Jane Robison tells E!, "We don't have the evidence yet. [Detectives] are still investigating. If [they] determine they need more time, they'll set a new date for him to come into court."

Piven Not Quite Out of Hot Water

Jeremy Piven might be off the hook for bailing out on the Broadway play Speed the Plow.

An Actor's Equity grievance committee hearing ended without a unanimous decision -- and Piven has claimed victory in the case. After the hearing, Piven's people shot off a statement, saying, "Producers...did not prevail in their attempt to convince the grievance committee that Mr. Piven should not have dropped out of the play on the instruction of his doctors."

Actually, Piven isn't out of the woods yet, because producers can now take their dispute to arbitration.

Piven claims he had to quit the David Mamet play in December because he had mercury poisoning from eating too much sushi.

Still sounds fishy to us!

K-Fed Clothes the Kiddies

Kevin Federline has really gotten in touch with his parental side since taking full custody of his kids. K-Fed has decided to ditch the rap career and launch a children's clothing line.

He tells Women's Wear Daily, "I'm trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay something ridiculous for a pair of jeans. You buy your kids a pair of True Religions, then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a 200-dollar pair of jeans is gone."

Brady, Gisele Man and Wife

Yesterday the N-F-L entered its free agent period, but one of the league's biggest stars, Tom Brady, was being taken off the market. The New England Patriots quarterback and his Brazilian supermodel girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen, reportedly tied the knot in a small, quiet ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Brady and Bundchen have been together for about two years, and were engaged on Christmas Eve this past year. It's the first wedding for both. Brady's 18-month old with Bridget Moynihan, Jack, was reportedly at the wedding.

Sam Jackson Likes Fury

Samuel Jackson better like playing secret agent "Nick Fury" -- because he could be doing it in at least nine movies.

Jackson's reportedly negotiating a nine-picture deal with Marvel Entertainment that would have him portray Fury in Iron Man 2 and eight other superhero movies.

He's supposedly a sure thing for the Iron Man sequel, and if the deal goes through, he'll pop up in Thor, Captain America, The Avengers and their sequels.
