Of course! When you're a short girl, high heels are your best friend. But the funny thing is... even when a short girl puts on three-inch heels -- she STILL looks short. That's why 5'2 Hilary Duff must have almost peed her pants with excitement at the 5-inch shoes! That'd make her 5'7. Yippee!
Note to the tall girls -- ENJOY your height! Women everywhere are jealous of your tall frame. But! If you're over 5'9 -- you're too tall. You cross into "Amazon warrior" zone. And with heels? That's make you over 6 feet. Sucks to be you.
